At 302 Originals, every item is created with care, and we want you to love what you receive.

If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

We always encourage exchanges whenever possible. Whether it’s a different size, color, or another design that better fits your style, an exchange is often the fastest way to get you something you’ll love while helping support our small business and keeping original Delaware-inspired designs coming.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours.

To start a return or exchange, simply email us with your order number and a briefdescription of the issue and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
